I am use a Windows 2012 Server as a DHCP server for a broadband data network. I was wanting to know if there was a way to make the server include the DHCP optional parameters (i.e. 003 router) in the DHCP ACK message everytime it response to a Request message.
I have some DHCP Clients (ZyXel wireless routers) that do not request the DHCP options when it renews it's IP address. As a result, the windows server responds back with the IP address and renewal time in the ACK, but, without the dhcp options. I need the windows server to include the dhcp options in the ACK message even if the client does not request the information in it's message.
