We have tried to enable the MSDTC service in multiple windows servers (Windows Server 2016).
Since last week on wards, it did not working as expected.
we use microsoft MSDN and community links for references:
Please provide the support for this matter.

Server’s : Windows Sever 2016
Component : MSDTC Service with Ports
Database : SQL SERVER 2016
Framework: Entity Framework 6.0
IDE : Visual Studio 2015
