Disable WLMS (Windows License Monitoring Service)

Hi Guys,

How can i disable the WLMS service on my licensed server?

According to Microsoft this service should not suppose to be there on a licensed windows 2008 R2 machine.

But i have this service running on my server, how can i disable/delete this service?
