I have about 4 or 5 different Boot Images for WDS and one of them keeps disappearing from the boot menu (even though the wim is still on the server and the server thinks it's enabled and online. I found that if I delete the boot image (from the admin console), re add it. then it shows up, but is gone the next day.
It's important to note that I am using DFSR to replicate the Remote Install folder to other PXE server. I also enabled the BCDRefreshPolicy (I think it runs every few hours or so).
This just started out of the blue and I have not made any DFS changes.
it sounds to me like the BCD for WDS is screwed up (maybe some rouge server has a bad copy?) but im not sure how to troubleshoot that.
