Windows Server 2012 Activation Issue

Hi,

I have just upgraded from Windows Server 2012 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 Standard.  I am trying to activate it but getting the following message: 0xC004F01F The Software Licensing Service determined that the license is invalid.

I upgraded using:  DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

The upgrade appeared to work successfully.  DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition returns "ServerStandard"

This identical process just worked on another server.

Any thoughts?
