Cannot start WDSServer service - Events 769, 513 and 257

Cannot start WDSServer service.

Event viewer shows events:

769 Origin WDSDDPS: Error trying to initialize the database. 0XFFFFFDB9

513 Origin WDSServer: Error trying to initialize the WDSDDPS provider from C:\Windows\System32\wdsddps.dll.

257 Origin WDSServer: Error trying to start the Windows Deplyment Services

Single Server with AD (GC), DNS, DHCP and WDS.

I've tried all the suggestions from this and other forums
