Error after syspreping Server 2012 r2 standard

Hi, I'm trying to make a generalized image of Windows 2012 R2 Standard, to easily re-install\deploy servers.

I run sysprep with these switches:
Sysprep /generalize /shutdown /oobe /unattend:o:\script\sysprep.xml

It runs without any messages, and shuts down as it is supposed to do.
But when I reboot I get an error saying:
"Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]. A component or non-list setting is specified more than once in he answer file."

I click OK, it restarts, and gives this error:
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then the installation."

I click "OK" to reboot, but the same error keep recurring.

My answer file looks like this( I have replaced some values with * for privacy reasons):
