WDS with 3 network adapters

Hi

I have searched high and low through the various microsoft forum and google search results and cannot find a solution to my issue. I am setting up a test lab. The one server (W2K12 R2)has WDS (NIC1) and iSCSI (NIC2 and NIC3). If NIC2 and NIC3 are disables WDS works 100%. The moment the NIC are enabled everything falls apart. All I get is the TFTP server trying to download the PXE file. DHCP is also running on this server with option 60 set to PXEClient.

Here are the IPaddresses
NIC1 = 192.168.199.2/24
NIC2 = 192.168.199.101/24
NIC3 = 192.168.199.102/24

I have tried to do the Binding option stated here -> https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733103%28v=ws.10%29.aspx. I have edited the registry and used the WDSUtil command.

I have changed the network adapters binding order so NIC1 is first. I have set the Metric values as follow

NIC1 = 10
NIC2 = 50
NIC3 = 50

Any idea is what I want to do is possible ?

Thanks

Side Note - If I disable either NIC2 or NIC3 it works.
