MDT 2013

Hello,

I am setting up MDT2013 on Windows 2008. Plese find below my setup:

1. First deployment share has two task sequences. One is a normal "build" task sequence (standard server sequence) which includes PE drivers, Windows Updates to build a reference computer. Second will capture the image from the reference computer with the Sysprep and Capture task (This is perfromed by calling the LTITouch.wsf from the reference computer).
2. I import the captured image to the Operating System folder in the Second deployment share.
3. I build another computer using this image. So second deployment share has two task sequences. One is a "build" task sequence (standard server sequence) which includes the Server drivers and GPOPack. Second will capture this image from the computer (This is perfromed by calling the LTITouch.wsf from the reference computer). This step was done only to Apply GPOPack

Questions:

Most documents I refer, doesn't do step 3. Is there a better method to have the image with GPOPacks injected? is there a better method overall?
