MDT 2012: How to automatically skip the product key page for 8.1Pro client

Hi,

We have a pallet of new Dell notebooks with their win8.1pro OEM product keys stored in BIOS.  We deploy the OEM image but the user cannot enter the 8.1 product key before the OS is completely installed.  Hence we want to automatically skip the product key request page which appears just after the second reboot of the client's deployment process.

The Controllsettings.INI's SkipProductKey is of course set to TRUE, and I don't understand why this does not work as expected.How do we disable this product key page.  Windows won't be activated in any case so why is it so difficult to get rid of?
