Would PKI Infrastructure be affected when upgrading schema from Windows 2003

Hi

I am planning my schema upgrade from either Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 or from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012.

I would like to know if in any of these scenarios would my PKI Infrastructure be affected?
