Problem in starting Windows deployment service server

Hi I have deployed AD, DNS ,DHCP and WSUS on one system which is windows 2008 R2. When ever i try to start the service it gives error that it cannot be started  I have followed the process posted in the before posts can you please help me 
The process i followed is .
In Active Directory:

1) Log into a Domain Controller and launch Active Directory Users and Computers
2) Enable "Advanced Features" from the View menu
3) Find the server object for the WDS server and in Properties select the Security tab
4) Verify that the SELF group has the following permissions:
a) Create All Child Objects
b) Delete All Child Objects
c) Validated write to DNS host name
d) Validated write to service principal name
e) Read Personal Information
f) Write Personal Information
 
5) On the WDS server run: wdsutil /initialize-server /reminst:"<RemoteInstall Directory>"
-> Here I had a error b'c WDS was alread initalized so I think this step is not nessary needed

6) At this point the WDS service should stat automatically
 
 
But the output is mentioned below
An error occurred while trying to execute the command.
Error Code: 0xC1030105
Error Description: The initial setup of Windows Deployment Services has already
been completed.
I checked the WSUS to start again but i couldnot start. Please help me in this.
