I've created a Windows Server 2012 image template on VMware & have shut it down with generalize oobe settings along with my customized unattend.xml answer file which skips the rearming.
Now my question is how do I update that base image which I shutdown with sysprep enabled, coz If I power it on to update it's going to run sysprep on that base image itself.
I know there's no harm in running the sysprep again as I've set the rearm settings to skip, but I want to know if there's a way that I can update my VMware template which I've shutdown with sysprep without running that syprep on itself?
