Hey, so I had a new type of server come in today and I have my WDS setup. everything I guess was ready to go with the older servers we had - driver wise. no problems... So when these new servers first tried to boot into the PXE, it gave me an error about
the network card driver... So I added the correct drivers to a driver package on the wds and then applied it to the image. Now it boots perfectly, until it gets to the part about formatting the drivers. When it gets here it cannot find the driver for this...
I have the correct driver as I can load driver and go to my USB to select the driver and all is good... But is there anyway I can inject that driver for the raid controller into the image, so I do not have to load drivers every time? So that it finds the drives automatically?
So far I have tried to add it to a package like I did with the network driver, but this did not work. Then I tried using dsim to add the driver to my image.wim, but this did not resolve the problem either...
Any ideas on what we need to do?
