WDS and Vostro 3560 Resulting in Blue Screen 0x07E

For Reference:

Windows 7 Pro x64

All drivers properly loaded to WDS

Image is confirmed functional on various models of laptops and desktops.

So here is what happened.

We had a working image on our WDS server.

I installed it onto a laptop applied windows update (since the image was severely out of date) and added a couple text files to a windows directory (to be used as reference, not connected to any programs)

sysprep, generalise, shutdown, capture, upload to wds.

This new image works on EVERY computer except our Vostro 3560s

Have tried on multiple machines of the same model with same hardware configuration.

All result in the same error.

when booting the 3560 we get the BSOD with error 0x07E

Safe Mode - BSOD

Safe Mode with Networking - BSOD

Safe Mode with CMD - BSOD

Last Known Good Configuration - BSOD

Start Windows Normally - BSOD

Dell Diagnostics - your laptop is perfect

CHKDSK /f - No errors

CHKDSK /r - currently running

tried turning off all possible devices through BIOS - BSOD

Windows Recovery - Not able to complete also not able to log status 50

Anyone have recommendations on what to do next?

I'm at a total loss.
