cannot update windows; error code: 800F081F

I encountered this problem and followed some suggestions in some posts on the internet

But none worked for me. 

I think the problem also results in zune setup failture, with the error code 0x8024200d, which requires the "windows 7 portable device update " to continue.

I'm nearly mad at it this problem for past few days. so I hope an "expert" will help me to resolve my problem asap
