Windows Server 2012 - Windows Deployment Services - PXE Error : Could Not Locate Boot Server . How do I fix this?

I have tried reinstalling wds and also unblock ports through my firewall. It still cannot locate.

Here Are The Latest Errors:

An error occurred while trying to create the UDP endpoint for WDSTFTP provider on interface 192.168.10.7:69. This can happen if the network interface was disabled or changed, or some other application is already using the port. The provider  will not be able to receive requests on this interface.

I don't know what else to do.
