I think i already know the answer but here goes.
We have about an average of 20-30 PC's every month to deploy and they are HP machines that come preinstalled
I want to create an image of the system (after updates and uninstall bloatware and install required applications) and deploy
it to multiple PC's using WDS.
My question is this, do i require the reference machine to be activated with a VL key and deploy that or is there a way to use the OEM CoA's that are on the systems?
Also a side question, If some PC's are windows 8 pro downgraded to windows 7 pro, is there any way to find the key for them without using the recovery media then using a program like belarc to retrieve the key (as there is no CoA on outside of case)?
