Add session based RDS in Windows 2012 R2 using powershell

Hi:

I am trying to add n RDS Server to my guest installation on my Hyper-V box. Guest is running Windows 2012 R2. The only command I have found is

New-SessionDeployment -ConnectionBroker ed.eclocal.ca -WebAccessServer ed.eclocal.ca -SessionHost
ed.eclocal.ca

This does not work at all. I suppose the command belong to or refer to an older version of Windows, Does anyone know how to do this? That is installing the broker, gate way , and session host using powershell 4?
