Receiving PXE-E53 when trying to PXE boot on different vlan

We are running into a situation where if we try PXE booting a client on any vlan except the one that our WDS server is installed on we receive the "PXE-E53 No boot filename received" error.  My fundamental question is are there any settings on the WDS server that I may need to adjust to allow PXE across multiple vlans?  If its a network configuration issue I'll have to pass it over to the networking department.

Here is our basic setup:

Vlan1 - Main vlan that our office and server farm live on. Address range on this vlan is 10.200.x.x
Vlan2 - external office vlan, outlying buildings and offices on the same campus, fiber connection to our core. Address range is 10.205.x.x

WDS box sits on vlan1, addressed 10.200.15.107.

ip-helpers are configured to point towards the 10.200.15.107 address of the WDS server.

ACLs have been cleared to allow access to the WDS server.

PXE booting on Vlan1 works fine.

WDS server doubles as a print server and printing via this server on Vlan1 and Vlan2 both work.

On Vlan1 I can PXE boot and pull an image file down for a computer that has not been prestaged and is straight from the factory.  Vlan2 is where the failure is occurring for all machines to PXE boot.
