WDS problem after installation

I've setup a WDS Server at our company with Windows Server 2012.

Just got one problem were I'm stuck with.

Capturing an image by using CTRL-SHIFT-F3 on a clean install on a random machine, installing some software like Adobe Reader, Flash Player and such, and Windows Updates (no driver updates).

When the images is as I want it to be, then I use Sysprep, check the generalize box and system shutdown.

Boot up from PXE ROM and capture the image I just made, creating and uploading the image goes fine.

Boot up from PXE ROM and install image from WDS also goes well. Added driver packages to the install image, I've got lots of drivers (130GB) included the drivers of the system I want to install the image on.

But after installing the image (Not unattended), when you get to the screen to chose the language and such, I can't use my mouse or keyboard, also not after rebooting or after pluggin it out and back in.

This is with Windows 7 btw, but I also had it with a Windows 8 image.

Anyone familiar with this problem?

Does Sysprep take the chipset driver from the system I made the image on with im by creating the image?

Kind Regards,

Bas
