WDS not joining clients to domain - Not using Unattend

I'm having an issue with WDS. I have a VM running server 2008 R2 SP1 with WDS installed. I rebuilt the server from scratch after it starting acting up. The server no longer adds clients to the domain; it puts them in a workgroup. The workgroup these clients end up on actually matches the name of the domain they were supposed to join (so if the domain's name is "domain", the workgroup they end up on is "domain"). I can only find information about other admins who are using an unattend file; I am not. And I do apologize but I am rather new to WDS and the original install was done by a tech who recently left.

Things I have checked:

  1. The server with WDS has been selected to "Trust for Delegation"
  2. The server is part of the Domain Admin group
  3. In the WDS config it asks to require admin approval (this has stopped as well)
  4. Under the AD DS tab, the "Same domain as the Windows Deployment Services server" radio button is filled
  5. Under the Client tab, the "Do not join the client to a domain after installation" is UN-checked

Any help is very much appreciated!
