Content won't fit on DVD DL, UFD not an option

Unable to find a solution for this.

In our environment we must use MDT to created bootable media to deploy the OS. We've run into a problem were the content won't fit on DVD DL. The WIM sizes are 8.7GB and 9.5GB. UFDs aren't an option, they must be on disc.

Is there a way to capture images of computers using WDS with maximum sizes?

Is there a way to make the ISO created through MDT to span the discs automatically?
