scanstate question include folder c:\Mydata

I'm using the USMT when migrating the user profiles and work fines. but I have another requirement that need to add the some folder to the migration in c:\mydata and c:\myfolder

Can you provide me exact command on how to include the  c:\mydata and c:\myfolder and if possible include the xml sample

I'm a newbies and if possible provide me the step by step

Scan:

scanstate.exe /i:miguser.xml C:\Store\

Restore:

loadstate.exe /i:miguser.xml C:\Store\
