windows 2008 r2 recovery

Hi,

I am managing a client's server that was installed with a PXE install of Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1.

I chose to use Windows Server Backup as a backup and recovery solution.

However to make use of the backup (i.e. Bare Metal recovery), an installation disk is necessary.

The provider of the server cannot provide this disk.

I previously tried to rescue the server when it crashed using the trial install disk provided by Microsoft.

However, recovery options were not available and there seemed to be a problem with the specific version of the installation.

How can I determine which installation image I need and how can I obtain it?
