Upgrade from 2008 R2 to 2012 Rollback but Update Readiness Tool shows no errors

We attempted to upgrade a Windows 2008 R2 server to 2012 and the server rolled back to the original state with error:

2013-08-09 09:21:05, Error      [0x0e00dd] TOOL   OS Rollback: Requires switch[gle=0x000000b7]

So we ran the System Update Readiness Tool which reports no errors found but then seems as though it does report an error in the last line with " (w) Unable to get system disk properties 0x0000045D IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY Disk Cache"

I can't find anything that really points to what this error indicating.
