Good day Team,
I have an HP Proliant Server running 2012 R2, and immediately after login to it it freezes. I then checked ILO logs and it shows nothing and I changed cache Memory Module and battery and tried to upgrade ILO firmware but to no avail.
and this server host 4 VM servers and i don't have any other server to migrate them to, so i need help. the server runs fine but i can't work on it or use it apart from just powering it on and leaving it. may i kindly be advised as i tried everything and even asked HP for assistance and they are the ones who told me to replace the cache memory module and to upgrade the controller firmware but to no help and last thing they asked me to do is to replace the motherboard.
Immediateky after inserting my logon credentials it freezes, if i don't logon, i can see the mouse cursor moving etc, but immediatley freezes after logon.
