Cannot Get WDS 2008 R2 to setup disk config with unattend file

I'll start out with my setup: Running WDS 2008 R2 to deploy Windows 7. I've created a client unattend file as well as a image unattend file using WAIK. The image unttend file works great but I haven't been unable to get the client unattend file working. The client unattend file is not partitioning the disk and when I try to manually do it and say install I get a message saying "Windows could not prepare the partition selected for installation". I'm then forced to reboot the machine and when I get back to the same screen it actually did partition the disk correctly. So my guess is its just not picking the right one to install to or something. Here is my unattend xml:
