Windows 10 ADK - Configuration APN

Hi, 

I try to configure APN setting in windows 10 1709 using Windows 10 ADK.

I made a package of my settings. I tried to install the ".ppkg" using double clic and using a powershell script, unfortunely the New APN doesn't appear. 

The only option appear is "Add an APN"
