Hello. I created a Virtual Machine in Hyper-V running Windows 10 Education, installed some applications and captured the image using a tutorial from finalthought.org (cannot post the link until my account is verified). I then, on a Windows Server 2016 machine running Windows Deployment Services, added a boot image from a Windows 10 ISO to the boot images, and tried adding the install .wim image to the install images, however, I was greeted with the error "The file does not contain a valid install image". I noticed that this only happens when the .wim image is a custom, extracted, image, and if I try adding a .wim install image directly from a stock Windows 10 ISO, it adds the image just fine. Does anyone have an explanation or solution for this?
