Freshly installed WS 2016 has only 10 days of evaluation.

Hello,

I have a problem with getting my WS 2016 Datacenter a 180 days evaluation period. It shows me that it's activated, but slmgr /dli shows only 10 days are left. It's a VM on W10 Hyper-V.
