iam a newbie to windows server., just here to learn some concepts.am currently using dell xps 13 2016. and not able to install windows server 2016 as the usb thumb drive is NTFS and is not detected in my BIOS. please give me a way to successfully install using a FAT32 file system as my BIOS is detecting this file system
