(I hope I got the right forum.)
From the command line in Windows Server 2012 for the default web site how do I:
(1) Remove any existing providers for Windows Authentication and configure for only Negotiate and NTLM, in that order.
(2) Configure Extended Protection is off.
(3) Confirm that Enable Kernel mode authentication is selected.
PowerShell seems like the most obvious choice, but any built-in command line solution will work.
