2 Ads in network both are affected by malware

Hi All,

please help me on the solution for this scenario :-

we have 2 ADs One primary and one secondary , both affected by malware .

Secondary is out of network for long time . Now we have only One Domain controller working .

is there any procedure to remove both the domain controller and commissioning both new domain controller with same name as old name was .
