I am able to capture, upload and deploy reference XP images through WDS.
My question is with regards to the file RES.RWM which is created when capturing images. Each image I capture appends itself to this file, and the size of the file increases accordingly.
I understand this is a resource file (details on this seem sketchy at best), but am unsure as to what exactly it contains.
When deleting an image from WDS console, the image.wim file is removed, but the size of the RES.RWM file remains the same. With 10+ types of image to capture, Im concerned that the size of this file will be considerable, whilst I would of preferred to of removed source files appended to the RES.RWM file from images I have deleted.
Any information on this would be appreciated, thanks for reading.
