The count reported by KMS is insufficient

Hi,

I have 2 KMS servers 2012 R2 Standard virtualized in Hyper-V platform.

The issue seems to be related to the SRV recoreds created for those 2 servers, because if I go to the preferences in theVolume Activation Management tool and change to User specific KMS host: and specify the servers one by and, I am able to activate with no issues, but if I switch toFind a KMS host automatically using DNS (Default) I then get the following error message:
The software licensing service reported that the product could not be activated. The count reported by your Key Management Service (KMS) is insufficient.

I run cscript slmgr.vbs -dli on both servers and I see that the count is 50 on each, which is what they max at, so that's not the problem.

I have 2 records in DNS as follows:

If you were to see the security tab, you will see that both servers are there on both records with full access.
