WDS Configuration Wizard keep crashin

Hello

I followed the instructions here: http://prajwaldesai.com/installing-and-configuring-windows-deployment-services/

At the last step "Respond to all client computers (known and unknown)"?, I hit Next which is where the configuration wizard would crash or give me an error saying "The <g class="gr_ gr_24 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="24" id="24">user name</g> or password is incorrect".

My Windows Server 2012 is up-to-date
Have tried wsutil /stop /start
