Windows Server 2012R2 KMS Activation Key - "Current count" not increasing

Hello all,

I have succesfully installed our KMS Datacenter key on a dedicated KMS server in our organization. The KMS server is published in DNS (nslookup -type=all _vlmcs._tcp = OK). I have started to install different Windows 2012R2 servers (both "standalone" and VDI installations), however the KMS Count is not increasing even if I have succesfully activated at least 30 machines. Note that our setup is for Windows Server 2012R2 Datacenter Edition KMS key, not Office or Win7/8/10 KMS key.

The current count is fixed to "10" (all the time).

I have also tried to increase the VDI pool but the count still remains the same.

I do not have duplicate CMID's, I do not have a rogue KMS server (and clients are not directed to a different KMS server - we only have one KMS server in our organization).

I've also followed this post, but without success:

Thanks in advance.
