Win10: Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file

I am not able to deploy Windows 10 Education image from WDS running on Windows Server 2012 R2.

This is the second image of Win10 that I am trying. I have had similar problem with Windows 8.1 but 4th or 5th captured image was OK and it deploys successfully.

The error "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file" pops up at the end of the deployment.

Client logs show only this generic errors:
