Get error "Failed to start Windows Deployment Services Server"

Hello,

I get the message below while i try to start WDS Service.

Server Manager

[Main Instruction]
Failed to start Windows Deployment Services Server

[Content]
The service changed to an unexpected state

In addition, i get those events in the event log

Event ID:513
Description:
An error occurred while trying to initialize provider WdsImgSrv from C:\Windows\system32\WdsImgSrv.dll. Windows Deployment Services server will be shutdown.

Error Information: 0xC1030104 

Event ID:257

I tried to uninitialize and initialize the WDS and nothing.

I tried to Remove the WDS role and nothing as well.

The server hold the following Roles:

Active Directory
DHCP

DNS
IIS
File Services

 WDS

Please help.

but the server is Domain Controller
