install image is on-line in WDS - target PC is not offered install image

I have used WDS to capture and deploy an image to many new PCs using thick image from a reference PC. It worked great.

Now, I have a new captured thick install image from a different model of reference PC. WDS says the new thick install image is on-line. When I pxeBoot my target PC, I am only offered the boot image. No install images are offered. In all cases the target PC is exactly the same model as the reference PC.

My share permission for //server/RemoteInstall/ are wide open and have not changed from the first successful deployment to the now failing deployment.

If I disable all of the boot images, no install images are offered. If I enable the same capture image used for this capture and pxeBoot a target PC, the capture image is auto selected. While that capture image dialog box is open, Shift+F10 allows me to view ipConfig, which all values are not initialized. Yet, the target is in contact with WDS and the Capture dialog.

Looking for updates to WDS on MS Download site, I do not find any updates to WDS. I am running WDS version 6.1.7600 hosted on Server 2008 R2 Standard.
