Does running sysprep /generalize on your primary system permanently generalize your system as well? After the sysprep process is completed and the image is ready for another computer, does your primary system revert back, or is it now generalized as well? I would think it remains generalized, but I hope that during the process it creates a backup to restore your system back to working order.
The articles detailing the sysprep process don't seem to address this, hence why I'm asking.
