Hi,
I use WDS to deploy a Windows vhdx image to HP Z230 workstations. The workstations have UEFI firmware and I'd like to avoid any legacy features, so all legacy features are disabled. Deployment goes just fine, I set IPv4 PXE boot as the first boot method and adjusted unattended.xml to use one of the existing GPT partitions as the target disk. Again, I have no problems with the deployment itself. But during the deployment Windows Setup redefines the UEFI boot sequence making Windows Boot Manager the first boot method. Then I see no way to start the next deployment on the same workstation, but run an utility to change the boot order again after a deployment. I hope there is a better way which helps to avoid changes in the boot order during Windows Setup or introduces another method to control PXE boot. Please, advise...
Thank you,
Leo
