How to use a language pack? From Korean to English

We found a Win2008R2 Std SP1 server, installed in Korean

OK, we can use a language pack and  "transform" in a English installation, OK (MS SQL Server 2012 is also in korean, but let´s focus on the first problem)

How can I install the language pack?

I´ve downloaded the .ISO: mu_windows_server_2008_r2_sp1_language_pack_x64_dvd_619614.iso

Inside, a folder for each language, an there is a EN-US folder and a LP.CAB

Inside the LP.CAB more than 10.000 files

There´s no setup.exe, just a bunch of files

I found some forums suggesting to go to control panel and import the folder, but... the GUI is in korean..

I tried to extract the files of the EN-US folder (form the LP.CAB file) and tried to use the intl.cpl to "Import" and the error (in korwan)  was:

Can’t find correct language. You need to find another location.

Anyway, how the heck can i "localize" my Windows?
