Hi, in our company we have set up a deployment server, to deploy clients.
Our problem is when we are deploying (unicast) windows 7 image, it transfer data with about 3-5 Mbit/s and takes hours to deploy a client.
When we reboot the deployment server and starts a new pxe boot to deploy, it suddently goes to 200 - 400 Mbit/s transfer speed and suddently after 15 - 30 minutes the server is back to transfer speed at 3-5 Mbit/s.
Connection server: 1Gig
Connection client: 1Gig
troubleshooted network for packetloss, nothing to find
checked services that could stop suddently
checked logfiles, nothing to see
serverspec: Xeon E5 3,4GHz, 16GB RAM
Last we used the server ~10 days ago, it deployed w/o problems.
No changes to the server had been made since then.
Could you have some tips or ideas what could cause this?
