no PXE Boot after Sysprep

Hi

I am trying to capture my image so it can then be deployed to other machines.

I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 with the WDS Role installed

I select the image and do Capture Image

then on the ready PC i did sysprep from CMD

Select Enter System Out-of-Box Experience

Generalize

Shutdown

I then power the machine back on, and dont see it go through the PXE Boot, it goes straight to Setup is loading files, then it starts up like a new PC and i need to set Admin Username and password and PC Name.

All other applications are still on the PC though.

The machine is also removed from the domain

Can someone assist with this please
