Setting Up WSE and DC AFTER Installing 2012 R2 Standard

I am purchasing new hardware for my WSE 2012 R2 server that I will need to configure BEFORE installing WSE. One example is NIC Teaming, the new box has 4 NICs and I want to team them for redundancy and speed. I cannot set up teaming until the OS is in place (unless there is a way of doing so during WSE Setup). Another is setting up the file space of 4 drives as a RAID 5 Array.

Is it possible to install WSE on an already configured 2012 R2 Standard box and promote it after I have accomplished these tasks?
