2012 WDS driver question

Hi,

I am trying to deploy an IBM HS22 blade and am having issues getting the NIC recognized.

The server has two low speed (BCM5709S NetXtreme II GigE 1GB) cards and two high speed (BCM5711 NetXtreme II GigE 10GB) cards
I can get winPE to recognize the low speed cards but not the high speed cards. Unfortunately our Datacenters only have the high speed cards :-/

I have read the Broadcom docs (Page185 onwards) but cannot get this to work:

The NetXtreme II, based on its advanced functionalities, uses a software architecture that includes a Virtual Bus Device (VBD) to extend functionalities beyond basic network connectivity. Microsoft, however, does not currently support this architecture when loading an operating system through its Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
A separate driver was created to accommodate these Microsoft deficiencies. This driver is known as the NetXtreme II monolithic driver, but it is sometimes referred to as the "RIS" driver.

I followed the steps about modifying the b06nd.inf file (I added it to the WIM file) but still no luck
I press F8 when WinPE is loaded and from a command prompt I see the two low speed cards but media is disconnected since they are not cabled up

My questions are:

- Has anyone managed to get the 10GbE Broadcom NetXtreme II NICs working with WDS 2012?
- The instructions go on to say:
"Add the .inf file to the base image by using the dism command with the /Add-Driver option. For example Driver.inf is the
Broadcom driver, evnd.inf is the driver for the 10 Gbps devices, and b06nd.inf is the driver for the 1 Gbps devices"
I cannot find evnd.inf anywhere, even after installing the Broadcom CD on my desktop

Any help is really appreciated as I've spent 4 full days banging my head against a wall.

Many thanks
